Cette structuration vise à promouvoir la coopération entre professionnels et secteurs de santé autour d'un projet de santé pour répondre aux besoins des territoires et de leurs populations. Ce mémoire a pour objectif de dresser un état des lieux des pratiques orthophoniques dans ces structures coordonnées, afin d'identifier la place des orthophonistes et les obstacles à leur intégration. L'analyse de trois entretiens collectifs avec 14 orthophonistes et d'un auto-questionnaire électronique (339 réponses) a révélé que, bien qu'ils aient une place à prendre, celle-ci reste à définir. Plusieurs facteurs freinent leur intégration, tels que la méconnaissance de leur champ de compétences, leur absence au sein des instances décisionnelles, la primauté des missions médico-centrées, etc. Les résultats suggèrent des perspectives telles que l'encouragement de la formation interprofessionnelle au sein des centres de formation universitaires en orthophonie, la création d'outils pour promouvoir les compétences des orthophonistes, et l'incitation à l'investissement personnel des professionnels, orthophonistes et autres professionnels de santé. In recent years, coordinated practices have developed, supported by French healthcare poli-cies which encourage a collaborative encourage a liberal, collaborative approach rather than one practised in isolation. This structuring aims to promote cooperation between healthcare profession-als and sectors around a healthcare project to meet the needs of territories and their populations. The aim of this dissertation is to draw up an inventory of speech and language therapy practices in these coordinated structures, in order to identify the role of speech and language therapists and the obstacles to their integration. Analysis of three group interviews with 14 speech and language ther-apists and an electronic self-questionnaire (339 responses) revealed that, although speech and lan-guage therapists have a role to play, it remains to be defined. A number of factors hinder their inte-gration, such as a lack of awareness of their field of expertise, their absence from decision-making bodies, the primacy of medical-centric missions, etc. The results suggest possible avenues of action, such as encouraging inter-professional training, creating tools to raise awareness of the skills of speech and language therapists, and encouraging the personal investment of professionals, speech and language therapists and other health staff.
