<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Contexte : Le tabagisme est l'une des principales causes de morbi-mortalité évitable à l'échelle mondiale. Malgré les multiples approches disponibles pour le sevrage tabagique, un grand nombre de fumeurs éprouvent des difficultés à arrêter de fumer. L'hypnose émerge comme une méthode complémentaire pour aider les patients à cesser de fumer. Compte tenu de ses perspectives positives, son efficacité nécessite encore d’être validée par des études plus approfondies en médecine générale. Cette revue systématique de littérature permettra de faire le point sur les connaissances actuelles dans ce domaine.
Matériel et Méthodes : Revue systématique descriptive de la littérature effectuée conformément aux recommandations internationales PRISMA. La sélection des articles a été réalisée à partir de quatre bases de données scientifiques : PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science et Embase.
Résultats : Sur 225 articles recueillis, 3 articles ont été choisis pour être analysés.
Conclusion : L’hypnothérapie a un potentiel prometteur dans le sevrage tabagique grâce à sa haute tolérance, l’absence d’effets secondaires majeurs, et sa personnalisation. Cependant, les preuves actuelles sont limitées par des études de qualité moyenne et des résultats hétérogènes. Des recherches robustes et des suivis à long terme, sont nécessaires pour standardiser les protocoles et évaluer son efficacité réelle.</dcterms:abstract>
