Arrivées de nouvelles entreprises, industries et de nouveaux habitants, ces changements impliquent une préparation du territoire. Face à ces nouveaux enjeux : écologiques, industriels, sociaux, urbains et culturels, il est apparu nécessaire de créer un récit collectif sur les grands changements du territoire. La narration est ici appréhendée comme un outil de développement, accompagnant la démarche de Transition et au fondement d’une identité et d’une solidarité territoriale. In the context of climate change, Dunkirk is positioning itself as a figurehead in green growth by developing a decarbonized industrial network. The arrival of new companies, industries, and residents implies that the territory must prepare for these changes.
