Incitations croissantes à la rénovation énergétique, au recyclage foncier, … sont autant d’engagements à tenir qui, dans le cas des diffus, coûtent chers aux organismes HLM. Ces derniers cherchent alors à trouver des solutions viables pour intervenir sur ce patrimoine complexe et répondre aux défis du logement social de demain. Mais quelle mode opératoire adopter pour faciliter l’action sur le diffus ? Diffuse social housing, unrecognized estate, is becoming the focus of attention of social landlords in recent years. The increasing incentives to renovate, to recycle land,… are as many commitments to keep that, in the case of the diffuse dwellings, are really costly to the social landlords.
