<dc:description xml:lang="en" xsi:type="lille:Resume-en">In the implanted deaf child, despite the benefits of hearing rehabilitation, auditory recovery remains
incomplete and language development may be disrupted. In an interactionist approach, as with
hearing children, interactions between the implanted deaf child and the adult play an important role
in language development. Speech therapists, as health professionals specializing in language and
communication, have a range of intervention techniques at their disposal to help deaf children with
implants develop their language skills. The multimodality of language, including visual-gestural
and vocal modalities, also plays an essential role in this process. In this thesis, we wanted to
understand how the child's language resources are mobilized and perceived, and how they are
supported by the speech therapist. We therefore chose to use ELAN software to analyze eight video
recordings of interactions between a speech therapist and a deaf child implanted in a speech therapy
context. The results show that the child prefers to use the visuo-gestural modality, and that his
productions are perceived and supported by the speech therapist. Our analyses also enabled us to
observe that the speech therapist responds mainly to gestural productions by chaining the exchange
and, in equal proportions, by reformulations, modeling and feedback on the child's productions.</dc:description>
