Ce mémoire vise à explorer les liens entre les troubles de la compréhension orale que peuvent présenter les individus cérébrolésés, et leur capacité à segmenter le flux de parole. Un paradigme d'apprentissage statistique a été proposé à huit participants aphasiques. Après avoir écouté passivement une langue artificielle, ils ont effectué une tâche de décision lexicale. Chaque individu a été exposé à deux flux analogues, l'un se distinguant par l'introduction d'un mot existant en français, afin d'étudier le bénéfice des connaissances lexicales. Les résultats obtenus dans ces deux conditions ne diffèrent pas statistiquement, l'ajout du mot connu ne semble pas améliorer la segmentation de la langue artificielle. Au niveau individuel, le pourcentage de réponses correctes augmente pourtant pour trois participants. Cependant, les atteintes langagières et notamment lexicales ne paraissent pas prédictives de leur performance à la tâche de segmentation. Ces observations sont à nuancer étant donné le faible nombre de participants inclus dans l'étude. Lexical segmentation is an essential step in the récognition and learning of spoken words. This study aims to explore the links between the impaired listening compréhension that people with poststroke aphasia may have, and their ability to segment the speech stream. A statistical learning paradigm was proposed to eight aphasie participants. After listening passively to an artificial language, they performed a lexical décision task. Each individual was exposed to two analogous streams, one distinguished by the introduction of an existing French word, in order to study the benefit of lexical knowledge. The results obtained in these two conditions do not differ statistically, the addition of the known word does not seem to improve the segmentation of the artificial language. At the individual level, the percentage of correct responses increased for three participants. However, language impairments, and in particular lexical impairments, do not seem to be prédictive of their performance in the segmentation task. These observations must be tempered by the small number of participants included in the study.
