Il faut noter aussi un climat anxiogène avec la crise de covid-19 qui touche particulièrement l’économie du secteur de l’automobile .Ainsi, notre intervention a été guidée par la question suivante : « comment l’ergonomique peut apporter des réponses face à une augmentation des TMS engendrant des difficultés organisationnelles au sein des équipes ? » In a context of an upsurge in occupational diseases (declared and recognized) and skill restrictions linked to MSDs with particular difficulty in organizing job rotation on tailgate production lines in addition to the future establishment of 'a new production line for tailgates, the company is committed to an ergonomic work analysis process initiated by the occupational physician. We must also note an anxiety-provoking climate with the covid-19 crisis which particularly affects the economy of the automotive sector.
