C’est un trouble du langage écrit dont la rééducation fait partie du champ de compétences des orthophonistes d’après la nomenclature générale des actes professionnels (2019). Cependant, A.C. Nzomigni (2019) et Du Rivau (2021) ont fait le constat, au moyen de questionnaires adressés aux orthophonistes de France, que ce trouble était peu pris en soin par ces professionnels. L’une des raisons évoquées étant le manque de renseignement et de formation concernant cette pathologie. L’objectif de ce mémoire est de poursuivre le travail amorcé par Aliénor du Rivau en 2021 quant à la création d’un site internet à destination des orthophonistes. Celui-ci a pour vocation de faciliter l’évaluation et la prise en charge de la dysgraphie chez l’adolescent en proposant des outils pratiques et ergonomiques. Les réponses collectées grâce au questionnaire réalisé par Du Rivau (2021) nous ont permis de cerner les attentes et les besoins des orthophonistes et d’enrichir le site d’informations scientifiques, cliniques et pratiques. Les dysgraphies de l’enfant et de l’adolescent ont été dissociées car la démarche clinique et le traitement diffèrent en fonction de la phase d’acquisition de l’écriture selon Kaiser (2009). Ce mémoire est centré sur le profil de l’adolescent. Dysgraphia affects five to twenty percent of school children. It is a written language disorder whose rehabilitation is part of the field of competence of speech therapists according to the general nomenclature of professional acts (2019). However, A.C. Nzomigni (2019) and Du Rivau (2021) found, by means of questionnaires sent to speech therapists in France, that this disorder was little treated by these professionals. One of the reasons mentioned was the lack of information and training concerning this pathology. The objective of this dissertation is to continue the work begun by Aliénor du Rivau in 2021 regarding the creation of a website for speech therapists. This website aims to facilitate the evaluation and management of dysgraphia in adolescents by offering practical and ergonomic tools. The answers collected through the questionnaire carried out by Du Rivau (2021) allowed us to identify the expectations and needs of speech therapists and to enrich the site with scientific, clinical and practical information. Child and adolescent dysgraphia were dissociated because the clinical approach and treatment differ according to the phase of writing acquisition according to Kaiser (2009).
