INTRODUCTION : La gynécologie obstétrique est une spécialité médicochirurgicale particulièrement large en termes de connaissances théoriques mais aussi en termes de compétences techniques. La modification du temps de travail des internes par l’application du décret du 26 février 2015 associée à l’augmentation du nombre des internes rend difficile la formation théorique jusque-là traditionnellement enseignée par les pairs à l’hôpital par l’intermédiaire du compagnonnage. Il devient donc nécessaire de trouver des alternatives pédagogiques pour compléter cette formation. L’objectif de ce travail est double : dresser un état des lieux sur la formation théorique chirurgicale de l’ensemble des internes de gynécologie obstétrique lillois sur le semestre de novembre 2019 à mai 2020 et concevoir puis évaluer le recours à un nouveau support de formation numérique chirurgicale sous la forme d’un site internet. MATERIEL ET METHODES : un questionnaire d’évaluation sur la formation théorique chirurgicale a été envoyé en ligne à l’ensemble des 68 internes de gynécologie obstétrique, une relance systématique était réalisée pour obtenir une exhaustivité des réponses. Un site internet dédié à l’apprentissage des techniques chirurgicale a été créé à l’adresse suivante www.formachirgyn- these.fr et nous avons évalué le recours à ce support. RESULTATS:100 % des 68 internes de gynécologie obstétriques lillois ont répondu favorablement à la création d’un site internet reprenant les interventions chirurgicales pouvant être réalisées pendant l'internat. 82,4 % des internes déclaraient avoir des difficultés à se procurer des sources fiables de formation théorique en technique chirurgicale. Le site internet www.forma-chirgyn-these.fr a été conçu afin de répondre à cette demande. 1/3 environ des internes avait consulté le site plus de 2 fois par mois. CONCLUSION :Nous avons proposé un nouvel outil adapté à cette population d’internes débutant en chirurgie, avec une optimisation de l’ accessibilité, du temps d’apprentissage ainsi que la garantie de trouver des sources validées. La transmission du savoir est un des éléments fondamentaux de la profession médicale. La mise en place d’un support numérique a permis un meilleur accès à la formation chirurgical à l’échelle de la formation lilloise.

INTRODUCTION: Obstetrical gynecology is a medical and surgical specialty that is particularly broad in terms of theoretical knowledge but also in terms of technical skills. The modification of the working hours of interns by the application of the decree of February 26, 2015 associated with the increase in the number of interns makes it difficult for the theoretical training hitherto traditionally taught by peers in the hospital through the companionship system. It therefore becomes necessary to find pedagogical alternatives to complete this training. The objective of this work is twofold: to draw up an inventory of the theoretical surgical training of all the gynecology and obstetrics interns in Lille for the semester from November 2019 to May 2020, and to design and then evaluate the use of a new digital surgical training medium in the form of a website. MATERIALS AND METHODS: an evaluation questionnaire on the theoretical surgical training was sent on line to all 68 obstetrical gynecology interns, and a systematic follow-up was carried out to obtain a complete set of answers. A website dedicated to the learning of surgical techniques was created at the following address www.formachirgyn- these.fr and we evaluated the use of this support. RESULTS: 100% of the 68 obstetrical gynecology interns in Lille responded favorably to the creation of a website listing the surgical procedures that could be performed during the internship. 82.4 % of the interns stated that they had difficulty in obtaining reliable sources of theoretical training in surgical technique. The website www.formachirgyn- these.fr was designed to meet this demand. Approximately 1/3 of the interns had consulted the site more than twice a month. CONCLUSION : We proposed a new tool adapted to this population of interns new to surgery, with optimized accessibility, learning time and the guarantee of finding validated sources. The transmission of knowledge is one of the fundamental elements of the medical profession. The implementation of this website has allowed better access to surgical training at the Lille training level.
