Au cours de notre première partie théorique, nous avons souhaité comprendre comment émerge la conception moderne de l'enfant. En nous appuyant sur une étude socio-historique, nous avons pu observer que la sécularisation et l'individualisation de l'action pédagogique amènent les acteurs de la médecine et de l'éducation à s'interroger sur les comportements problématiques de l'enfant. Dans un second temps, l'étude philosophique des fondements de la psychologie de l'enfant, nous a permis de comprendre qu'il était possible d'envisager les problèmes de comportement soit d'un point de vue internaliste et biologique soit d'un point de vue situationnel et historique. En nous appuyant sur les différents modèles du psychisme dont dispose la psychanalyse, nous avons pu constater que si la relation intersubjective était le fondement de l'expérience humaine, elle n'en était pas moins articulée à un contexte symbolique. Afin d'appréhender les transformations contemporaines de l'enfance et notamment celles des troubles du neurodéveloppement, nous avons dû nous appuyer sur une théorie sociale du symbolique. Ces développements théoriques nous ont permis d'éclairer notre démarche clinique. En effet, en inscrivant notre recherche dans l'épistémologie des sciences sociales, et à travers six rencontres cliniques, nous nous sommes interrogés sur les enjeux pratiques de la prise en charge des troubles du comportement dans l'enfance et l'adolescence. En cherchant à décrire et à comprendre les interactions entre l'enfant et son entourage ainsi que les interactions entre le patient et le psychologue, nous avons souhaité démontrer que l'acte thérapeutique est un geste resocialisant. Dans la prise en charge psychanalytique des comportements problèmes, le thérapeute cherche avec le patient un médium (dessins, jeux, paroles) afin d'inscrire cet « insupportable » pour l'enfant. Ainsi, c'est en envisageant les troubles du comportement comme des pathologies relationnelles que le dialogue humain peut se suppléer à l'agir. This work considers children and teenagers behavioral disorders as relational pathologies embedded in a symbolic and social framework. Throughout our first theoretical part, we wished to understand how the modern conception of the child emerges. Based on a socio-historical study, we were able to observe that the secularization and individualization of educational action lead actors in medicine and education to question children's problem behaviors. Secondly, the philosophical study of the foundations of child psychology allowed us to understand it is possible to consider behavioral problems either from an individualistic and biological point of view or from a situational and historical point of view. Relying on the various models of the psyche available to psychoanalysis, we were able to observe that while the intersubjective relationship was the foundation of human experience, it was nonetheless articulated within a symbolic context. In order to understand contemporary transformations in childhood, and in particular those related to neurodevelopmental disorders, we had to develop a social symbolic theory. These theoretical developments have allowed us to enlighten our clinical approach. Indeed, by situating our research within the epistemology of social sciences, and through six clinical encounters, we have questioned the practical challenges of addressing behavioral disorders in childhood and adolescence. By seeking to describe and understand the interactions between the child and his/her surroundings as well as the interactions between the patient and the psychologist, we wanted to demonstrate that the therapeutic act is a resocializing gesture. In the psychoanalytic treatment of behavior problems, the therapist works with the patient to find a medium (drawings, games, words) to express what is unbearable. Thus, by considering behavioral disorders as relational pathologies, human dialogue can replace acting out.
