<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Au cours de ces dernières années, un intérêt croissant s'est porté au niveau mondial pour les soins cosmétiques. On retrouve parmi ces produits des crèmes hydratantes, des crèmes solaires, des sérums, ou encore des masques cosmétiques. Ce projet de thèse s'inscrit dans une optique de réduction de l'impact environnemental des produits cosmétiques. Les masques cosmétiques actuels, sont souvent constitués d'un support et d'un actif liquide en excès, générant un important gaspillage d'eau et de principes actifs après usage. L'objectif de cette thèse est de développer un nouveau type de formulation cosmétique qui serait plus durable, en entrainant moins de gâchis de principe actif tout en étant compostable à l'échelle du foyer. Les travaux de thèse englobent la production et l'étude des activités biologiques du principe actif produit par une culture biotechnologique de chevelu racinaire de Vitis vinifera, la formulation du masque cosmétique par la valorisation de biomasses végétales (Cichorium intybus) et fongiques (Aspergillus tubingensis) et la validation de l'effet santé sur un modèle de peau «3D» in vitro obtenu par différenciation de la lignée de kératinocytes HaCaT.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In recent years, there has been growing global interest in cosmetic care. These products include moisturizers, sunscreens, serums and cosmetic masks. This thesis project aims to reduce the environmental impact of cosmetic products. Current cosmetic masks, often consisting of a carrier and an excess of liquid active ingredient, generate significant waste of water and active ingredients after use. The aim of this thesis is to develop a new type of cosmetic formulation that would be more sustainable, resulting in less waste of active ingredients while being compostable at the household level. The thesis work encompasses the production and study of the biological activities of the active ingredient produced by a biotechnological culture of Vitis vinifera hairy root, the formulation of the cosmetic mask through the valorization of plant (Cichorium intybus) and fungal (Aspergillus tubingensis) biomasses, and the validation of the health effect on an in vitro ‘3D' skin model obtained by differentiation of the HaCaT keratinocyte line.</dcterms:abstract>
