<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">L'objectif de cette thèse est de démontrer le phénomène de transition de phase liquide-gaz pour des processus ponctuels de Gibbs avec interaction saturée. Une interaction est dite saturée si l'ajout d'une particule dans un nuage dense de particules ne modifie pas l'énergie de la configuration. Un modèle exhibe une transition de phase liquide-gaz lorsque certaines propriétés macroscopiques du système (densité de particules, énergie moyenne, etc) changent brutalement et de façon discontinue avec les paramètres du modèle (activité, température, etc). Une telle transition de phase a déjà été démontrée rigoureusement pour le modèle de Widom-Rowlinson dont l'interaction est un cas particulier d'interaction saturée. Au cours de la thèse, on s'appropriera la théorie de Pirogov-Sinaï et en cherchera une version adaptée au processus ponctuels avec interaction saturée. De nouveaux exemples de transition de phase liquide-gaz devraient émerger.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">The aim of this thesis is to prove the phenomenon of liquid-gas phase transition for Gibbs point processes with saturated interaction. An interaction is called saturated if the addition of a particle in a dense cloud of particles does not modify the energy of the configuration. A model exhibit liquid-gas phase transition when some macroscopic properties of the system (particle density, average energy, etc...) change discontinuously with the parameters of the model (activity, temperature, etc...). Such phase transition has been proven in the specific case of the Widom-Rowlinson model, which is a saturated interaction. During this PhD, we will comprehend Pirogov-Sinaï theory and search for an appropriate version of it, regarding a more general point processes with saturated interaction. New examples of phase transition should arise from this work.</dcterms:abstract>
