<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">Dans cette thèse, trois études importantes sont présentées. La première met en évidence une forte similarité entre les techniques d'analyse lipidique WALDI-MSI et MALDI-MSI, montrant une détection similaire des espèces moléculaires avec une corrélation significative entre les intensités et les variances des spectres obtenus. La deuxième étude représente une avancée majeure dans la compréhension du glioblastome. Elle démontre l'efficacité de l'utilisation conjointe de la spectrométrie de masse ambiante via SpiderMass et de l'intelligence artificielle pour obtenir des classifications histologiques précises et des évaluations pronostiques utiles pour cette maladie complexe. Tandis que la troisième partie suggère que la technologie SpiderMass peut être employée de manière polyvalente pour réaliser une analyse multiomique du cancer œsogastrique, incluant lipides, bactéries et protéines. Cette approche permet la découverte de biomarqueurs dans ces différentes catégories, ce qui pourrait améliorer à la fois le diagnostic et la gestion thérapeutique approfondie des patients atteints de ce cancer. L'étude montre également que l'intégration de la spectrométrie de masse ambiante et de l'intelligence artificielle contribue à réduire les rechutes chez les patients atteints de cancer œsogastrique, représentant ainsi une avancée significative dans la lutte contre cette maladie. Finalement, cette thèse permet de montrer le potentiel de l'implantation du SpiderMass dans un centre hospitalier, suite à toutes les optimisations faites tout au long de celle-ci.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">In this thesis, three important studies are presented. The first highlights a strong similarity between the WALDI-MSI and MALDI-MSI lipid analysis techniques, showing similar detection of molecular species with a significant correlation between the intensities and variances of the spectra obtained. The second study represents a major advance in our understanding of glioblastoma. It demonstrates the effectiveness of using SpiderMass ambient mass spectrometry in conjunction with artificial intelligence to obtain accurate histological classifications and useful prognostic assessments for this complex disease. While the third part suggests that SpiderMass technology can be versatilely employed to perform a multiomic analysis of esogastric cancer, including lipids, bacteria and proteins. This approach enables the discovery of biomarkers in these different categories, which could improve both the diagnosis and in-depth therapeutic management of patients with this cancer. The study also shows that the integration of ambient mass spectrometry and artificial intelligence helps to reduce relapse in patients with esogastric cancer, representing a significant advance in the fight against this disease. Finally, this thesis shows the potential of implementing SpiderMass in a hospital, following all the optimizations made throughout.</dcterms:abstract>
